Leadership and Staff

We believe God has assembled a special team of ministers and staff at the Overland Park Church of Christ. They love the Lord and people. Below is list of our ministers, staff, elders, and deacons and their e-mail addresses. If you’d like, drop them a note or ask them a question.

She began her official ministry carreer at Overland Park in 2013. She graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennesse with a BA in Elementary Education. From there she went on to Jamaica to teach and serve youth. Taylor is passionate about the final command from Jesus on this earth: go and make disciples of all nations. Her ministry at Overland Park is centered on knowing Jesus well and carrying out the Great Commission. Taylor is engaged to Jimmy Penrod, who is a local high school teacher and an assest to the ministry. Her life motto is: “Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God's kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.”  (brookstl0504@gmail.com)
